Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding the sale of any services or offerings provided by Dr. Christianne Ricard or Renewed Mind Counseling and Consultation LLC, including but not limited to the renewed VII course. Sales Are Final: Upon purchase of any service or offering, including the renewed VII course, all sales are considered final. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Rescheduling Due to Emergencies: In the event of an emergency situation that prevents a client from attending a scheduled class or session, the client may request to reschedule. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and accommodated if possible, subject to availability. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of Dr. Christianne Ricard or Renewed Mind Counseling and Consultation LLC. No Refunds for Rescheduled Sessions: If a client successfully reschedules a class or session due to an emergency situation, no refunds will be issued. The rescheduled session must be attended within the agreed-upon timeframe, and no further rescheduling will be permitted. Cancellation Policy: Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice in the event they need to cancel a scheduled session. However, even in the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Non-Transferable: Purchases of services or offerings are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another individual or exchanged for any other product or service. Policy Subject to Change: Dr. Christianne Ricard or Renewed Mind Counseling and Consultation LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on the official website or other appropriate channels. By making a purchase of any services or offerings provided by Dr. Christianne Ricard or Renewed Mind Counseling and Consultation LLC, including the renewed VII course, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this No Refund Policy.
